After successfully installing BI Publisher and enabling the Template builder I am able to see BI Publisher Menu in Word 2016. However, when I click menu2007.load_xml_data and select an xml file always ending up with Message39 dialog box and nothing happens when clicking any options on the menu. e.g. selecting menu2007.insert_field nothing happens.
