How to develop OTBI or BI Pending Transactions Report of approvals

Summary:

Business need to develop the pending transactions of Manger approvals for particular country.

Content (required)

We identified last year that “Transaction All GDC Report” wasn’t showing all the transactions from Portugal . This is really important for us once we can’t check on each employee the approval is pending we need to submit a manager change, a promotion etc. for someone that is blocked.
