How to develop OTBI or BI Pending Transactions Report of approvals

Business need to develop the pending transactions of Manger approvals for particular country.

We identified last year that “Transaction All GDC Report” wasn’t showing all the transactions from Portugal . This is really important for us once we can’t check on each employee the approval is pending we need to submit a manager change, a promotion etc. for someone that is blocked.

I believe you should use the Human Capital Management - Approval Notification Archive Real Time subject area. This doesn't join readily to other HCM subject areas, but it is possible, see:

Above solution is helpful but we need transactions report for particular country so how we filter though bi or otbi .
