Does it pump EBS data into FAW data model or in Custom Schema?

What modules are in scope from EBS, version?

Currently, we are archiving the EBS DB and dumping it to custom schema on FAW. Would be interested to know if the adapters are available.
As of today (30-Aug-2022) it is available as a preview feature, and is not currently GA yet.

I think adapters are not available as of now but on roadmap for FAW extensions. Additionally, these EBS adapters are deployed by Oracle team not by SI.

Below is the latest update on the EBS Adaptor for FAW -
EBS connector is available in preview currently. It is not known when it will become GA or what the associated cost will be (if any).
But the principal is same as data augmentation. You create a connection to EBS database, and you use data augmentation to extract data and import it into FAW. So it does not allow currently any filter/transformation. There are improvement on data augmentation capabilities in the roadmap.

There are no out of the box adaptors available to pull data from EBS into FAW. Our team created a framework and created adapters for retrieving data from EBS R12 for GL, AP, AR areas.
