This analysis helps line managers & HR leaders to take deep dive into current workforce's competencies , skills , languages ,previous employment , degrees and other aspects of talent profile of a worker.

Content (required):

The analysis includes :

  1. Total Active Profiles
  2. Total High Performers
  3. Workers ready for a career move
  4. Workers who are willing to relocate
  5. Risk Of Loss Vs Impact Of Loss
  6. Previous Employment
  7. Most common languages
  8. Top 10 degrees

In future , FAW releases , this DV will be available out of the box with the product.

    To unarchive this , you first need to download and Unzip the DVA file. Post which you can upload the same on your FAW instance.

    Hi Nupur,

    Thanks for your comments. I tried to unzip the file provided and found the DVA file. While unarchiving the DVA file in our instance we were facing issue. Please suggest if there is different route that I should be taking.
