Ability to identify the columns needed to get the same number of rows for the PECSV and CSV files by

Organization Name
The Cleveland Clinic Foundation
Description
For maintainability purposes, we need to get the exact same number of rows for the PECSV file and CSV files by PVO extract when running a FULL extract.
Since we are relying on the PECSV to verify rows in the downstream systems, we need the two files to match.
We need a Document that allows us to identify the primary keys to be selected in each PVO that in turn will allows us to retrieve the same number of rows in the PECSV and CSV files.
Use Case and Business Need
The number of columns to be selected as primary can be change any time, per Oracle support this flexibility impacts the number of tables involved in the query as the queries are dynamically built based on the columns selects, this impacts the number of rows retrieved in the PECSV file with respect to number of rows retrieved in the CSV file.
We need documentation that states for each PVO which columns to be selected as “Primary Keys” to maintain the natural joins so the two files (PECSV and CSV) return the same number of rows.
More details
The PVOs are segregated in different spreadsheets and sometimes is not clear which spreadsheet will contain the lineage for a specific PVO, especially when the PVOs are across pillars.
