All Profile Content under Subject Area: Workforce Talent Review - Talent Review Meeting Real Time > Reviewee Talent Data shows the Profile Item structure which shows the Person Profile information. However, the Profile Item structure contains generic names since each column can be used and store different information based on the content section defined (e.g. Content_Item - could be Competency, Degree, etc...).

These Generic names are meaningless and of no use to a Reporting Analyst as I cannot tell what data they contain - e.g it is not possible to build an Analysis on the following Generic names

• Item CLOB1, ItemCLOB2, ItemCLOB3, ItemCLOB4, ItemCLOB5
• ItemText3010 ItemText3011 ItemText3012 ItemText3013 ItemText3014 ItemText3015
• ItemText302 ItemText303 ItemText304 ItemText305 ItemText306 ItemText307 ItemText308 ItemText309
• ItemText2402 ItemText2403 ItemText2404 ItemText2405 ItemText2406 ItemText2407 ItemText2408 ItemText2409
• ItemDate1 ItemDate2 ItemDate3 ItemDate4 ItemDate5 ItemDate6 ItemDate7 ItemDate8 ItemDate9 ItemDate10
• ItemDecimal1 ItemDecimal2 ItemDecimal3 ItemDecimal4 ItemDecimal5
• ItemNumber1 ItemNumber2 ItemNumber3 ItemNumber4 ItemNumber5 ItemNumber6 ItemNumber7 ItemNumber8 ItemNumber9 ItemNumber10

Please can you update the specific content section with correct nomenclature (e.g. Languages, Memberships, Competencies) instead of the generic ones I've listed in bullet points above in (all Profile Content) in Workforce Talent Review - Talent Review Meeting Real Time subject area.

As the Reporting Analyst for my Organisation I am unable to build the required reports based in this Subject Area that our Talent & Learning department require because if this issue. I have no way telling what is contained in these Generic names. The customers are understandably frustrated at this situation.

Unable to build analysis report using the All Profile Content sub folder.
