Accrue at receipt report infotile to match excel report total

Currently the accrue at receipt report does not match the total in the infolet in the supply chain execution dashboard, the excel total gives a different amount to the infolet total.
Use Case and Business Need
Giving a variance does not help the customer with their financials and is leading to confusion, having the two match will lead to less confusion when looking at their accrue at receipt report.
