Enable ERP cloud host key finger print to be available for multiple servers

Use Case and Business Need

We have configured FTP with DNS host name. We have multiple servers associated with the host name. During fail over testing we get below error.

Host name: ews-ftps-u-new.xxxxxxxxx.com

We have primary and secondary SFTP servers are associated with above host name.

Case#1 - Primary SFTP server is up and associated with above host name
It is working fine

Case#2 Primary SFTP is down. Secondary SFTP server is up and associated with above host name.

It is failed with below error.
"oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.sshexception Servers host key finger print did not match the supplied values"

Please refer the attached screen shots of exception and SFTP configuration

Test connection does not resolve this issue. But if we follow below steps, it works. But Bank will not follow. Failover should not have impact on SaaS.

1. Change the host name from DNS name to secondary IP address
2. Test connection . It is success now( I think system pushes the new finger print to secondary server)
3. Then change IP address to DNS name in the payment transmission configuration
4. Test connection. It works fine.

NOw, if we need to bring primary SFTP up and secondary SFTP server down, the above steps needs to be repeated.
