Form 4562 Summary Report

Description

Provide an aggregated summary of data relevant from the following tax reports: Form 4562 and 4797 for both 1245 and 1250 property. This would not only be useful, but it is also essential in tax reporting for filing purposes. The report as it is doesn't help much when it comes to preparing any of these tax documents.

Use Case and Business Need

Annual income tax filing would be streamlined and extremely simplified given the output in the form of an actual 4562 or 4797 form.

More details

The current report gives asset by asset detail on depreciation, this is way too much detail and this report would only be truly useful if the information is aggregated into a summary that can at least be transposed directly into the Form 4562.
