Description (Required):

We are using the BI and OIC route to get the data out of Saas and have a framework to do the sync of data from Saas to Pas and this relies on the last_update_date column to find the incremental rows to be synced.

Since the data is growing in Saas this is getting slower and slower and timing out in the OIC layer as it has 270 seconds threshold, So the INDEX on this WHO column (LAST_UPDATE_DATE) would speed up the data retrieval and prevent the timeouts.
