Description (Required): Republishing reports (e.g., account analysis report) doesn’t allow edits to the report parameters, which if available could simplify the work and save time

Copy and resubmitting the earlier requests are not working. This was possible in EBIZ

    From the Schedule process, we are able to resubmit with existing parameters only but our expectation is to edit the parameters and resubmit the same report.

    Path: Schedule process -----> Select the process which is succeeded ----> Click on resubmit. (before this it should allow us to edit parameters.
