Expand BI Reporting Limits to include more than 65K lines

Use Case and Business Need

I have 15 learn-centers and over 30,000 learners. I also have 30 different Learning Plans. It is very common for my customers to take 3 or 4 different learning plans, based on their purchases and needs.

With these numbers, it's very easy for me to reach the 65K limitation. I end up having to run multiple reports, in date chunks to obtain the information... but would be much easier if these limitations were expanded.
