Cannot Display BIP Field Properties

I am running BIP template builder v12.210 with MS Word 2013 (32 bit) and I cannot display the BIP properties dialog in some templates.  I've tried double-clicking on the field as well as right-clicking and selecting 'BI Publisher -> Properties' from the menu.  Oddly, the properties dialog will display in some templates, but not in others.  I have loaded the sample XML file, enabled macros, etc but I still have this issue.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi All, I am facing an issue in the excel output of concurrent program , in the output the requisition values is coming like this

2.40105E+13

instead of full requisition number, i tried to do the format in RTF of bi publisher but did not working, can any one help me.

Looks like you template got crashed. Can you copy the content into different Word Document and save it as rtf. Then load data and try to open properties
