BI Publisher error in tb_param.xml "File not found"

Summary
BI Publisher error in tb_param.xml "File not found"
Content
Hi,
I have been trying to generate a PDF output from an RTF file in BI publisher. The XML is loaded successfully, but when I try to generate the PDF out of it, it throws the following error:
javaw -Xmx256M -jar "C:\Program Files\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\jlib\RTF2PDFv2.jar" "C:\Users\AppData\Local\Oracle\BIPublisher\TemplateBuilderforWord\tmp\tb_param.xml"
File not found.
BI Publisher version is: Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.3.0
Java version: 1.8.0_161
It was working well till day before yesterday evening, then I guess our organisation did some system update, and since yesterday morning it is broken.!
could anybody help with this issue ASAP please.
Thanks

can you please try with another simple RTF template to rule out issue with the tool itself ?

re-install your BI publisher desktop and try once again or post ur xml file so we can tell what the issue would be.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, I have already tried this option. But it shows the same error.

this definitely seems to be a java issue and . try re-installing java and check it out .. other alternative is to install in a different machine altogether
