    No, none of the preview is working

    And Yes I have already checked, the jar files exist.

    did you try the option of install BIP Desktop on a different machine ??? If already tried I am not sure what your issue may be ..

    Go to BI Publisher menu in Word.

    Tools - > options → preview tab.

    Java home should be selected there. Confirm that the path is correct.
