Upgraded to 15B and now reports related to hires and offers are erroring

We recently upgraded to 15B.2 and now reports related to job submissions are having errors. Lists of open reqs are working fine. We are going on week 3 and they still cannot find the root cause.

Wondering if this issue is occurring with other clients.

I am unable to look at your SR, however I am curious as to the error code you are seeing on your report when attempting to run. Are you getting an HY000 error or another type of error code?

If the error is HY000, this would usually mean that an object's expected content or data type might have been changed or need to be looked at in order to function once more - or that a relationship between objects may have been modified.

If you are only experiencing errors with reports that cross both Candidate and Requisition level data, it's possible that a trigger is not updating properly on the back end and may need to be reset by production team. Not a frequent problem, but it can occur after major version migrations from time to time.

If you're able to provide more details, I will do my best to see if there's a suggestion I can make to improve your experience!
