Error exporting report to Excel

Hi,

We have a custom HCM OTBI report that those users that have row level security access (limited to geographical area) are getting error when trying to export to Excel - "There was an error processing your download...".  The admin who sees all rows does not get this error, so do not think it is an issue with too many cells (also the result is only a few hundred rows). Also tried to exporting to CSV and does not work (though did not get the error message).

Any ideas?

    Could you please confirm what are the roles assigned to the user (limited to geographical area).

    Amrit - is it possible to assign a role and prevent them from downloading any reports?
