Summary

Primary Interaction = None but hyperlink still showing in the value

Content

Hello,

I have a report where I've set the "Primary Interaction" on the 'Value' to "None" and it is still showing as a hyperlink. Is this a defect or is there a way to fix this? I have cleared my browser cache.  I've attached screen shots. Oracle Sales cloud OTBI 11.1.1.9.0

Thanks,

Stephanie

Stephanie - silly question, but is the font set to that color so it looks like a hyperlink but isn't working like one?  Sadly, I have had that happen before, thus the question :)

Thanks for the reply. Sadly no, it's not just a font issue. It is an actual hyperlink that redirects me to a new page.

    Hi Stephanie,

I am not sure why you still getting hyperlink. But this is not certainly a bug, I just re-verified (see attached) and don't see this error. I hope you didn't forget to save the report or may be you need to completely log-off from everything and try again.

    Thanks

I tried all of that. I cleared my cache. Report is saved (has been for weeks). I logged out and back in. I changed it back to "Drill" and saved it and then back to "None" again. Nothing is working. Should we log an SR?

    Thanks,

    Stephanie

Please check if, by any chance conditional format or data format is enabled. If none of these issue then SR.

I have figured this out.  The developer of the report made a custom formula using a URL and then made the data format HTML. It appears as though it is a "Drill" but really it's a URL in the forumula with HTML data formatting made to look like a "Drill". I know how to fix if needed.
