Agent is generating Corrupted Excel

Hi All,

Curious if anyone has seen this error within the excel file of an agent generated report:

Outputfilename.xlsx is already open.Reopening will cause any changes you made to be discarded.Do you want to reopen Outputfilename.xls

"Excel completed file level validation and repair. Some parts of this workbook may have been repaired or discarded.
Repaired Records: Format from /xl/styles.xml part (Styles) ".

My end users are coming back sporadically with this error....It doesn't seem to be consistent I don't think it's a time out error? Any suggestions as to what might be wrong? 

I have also atatched the screenshot.

Note:-This is issue is happening after R12 upgrade.
