Report Log

Content
Anyone have an xml they would be willing to share or recommendations for creating a 'master' report that returns a list of all the BI reports in order to audit and clean up what has been created over the last couple of years. A few primary details I am needing to include are the report name, location of report, and if it is scheduled - who the recipients are (if possible) and last date report was run (again, if possible). Thank you in advance for any assistance/advice you are able to provide.

You may want to consider another approach and use the Catalog Manager tool to create a report.

Joel - how do you get Catalog Manager? I am a BI Administrator, but we do BI in the Cloud so am not sure if this is something we can still use? I couldn't find anywhere about downloading it, and have read through quite a bit of the pages, but am clearly missing it.

Hi,
for cloud you don't have access to catalog manager.

Wrong. That's available since more than 4 months already. Since 105.1.0-217 to be exact.

Prudence,
The client tools are here: https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/oac/downloads/oac-tools-4392272.html

That's OAC. I'm sure Prudence was asking about her HR cloud which is a different product/version...

So is this not available in OTBI? Just OAC?

Hi @Kristy Bartnes,
You might need to modify the audit reports from below.
