looking on how to determine a deferred termination

Hello,

I have been asked to create a report showing the associates with a deferred termination. When they do a termination transaction, a selection box showing the processing options pop up on the interface with the choice of Immediate or Deferred.

I tried to look but could not find the field in OTBI related to it. Anyone knows which field to use of if there is another way to determine this type of termination?

    Have you received an answer? We're in a similar situation in that some managers may be selecting "Deferred" on termination transactions.

    Please provide  me the sample report that you have created in the OTBI or the subject area that you are trying to get the termination data
