Suspended job report
Summary
Suspended job report
Content
Hi,
I have a question about using a BIP job report: I have a job report that is scheduled to be sent every night if the day before some users have been registered to a learning element, like a course. Now, I want to suspend this job only for one night, in order for it to not be executed tonight even if today some learners have been registered to a learning course. My question is: if I suspend it, and then reactivate it on Wednesday, it will start to work again on thursday night, referring only to the learners that have been registered on wednesday, is it right? Or there is the risk that the notification that is not sent tonight will be sent later, when the job is reactivated?
Thank you
Silvia

Hello Silvia,
The report job does not run again until it has been resumed. Paused jobs are displayed when searching for Suspended jobs using the filter criteria.
More details regarding the Viewing and Managing Report Jobs can be found on the following link

Thank You

Hi Silvia.
In addition to Gabriel's post.
It all depends on the WHERE clause you have in the report data model. If explicitly gets only the records from the previous day it will not get users registered on Tuesday (if that is the filter being used in the data model).
Cheers
Fernando
