OTBI is "baked in" to the products which use it and according to MOS Doc ID 2261453.1 there will not be any catalog manager for OTBI - which is the tool to read the metadata of the catalog and run analyses like you want.

OTBI isn't OBIEE even though the underlying technology is similar. It was black-boxed by Oracle and unless they provide a solution you won't be able to do it. They've cut that part out of the solution.

OOTB ones but there is no way of keeping track of what happens during the normal lifecycle of any OTBI solution right?
