Summary
We need to be able to pull a report of all user access to all OTBI folders.

We need to be able to pull a report of all user access to all OTBI folders. To know who has access to HR/financial/admin folders. For audits and prior to refreshes (since these sometimes are deleting access).
Example:

Rutgers university created an enhancement request for this same issue.

Hi Steph,
At this moment this is not possible self-service by the customers and we already have an enhancement request.
I would suggest for the time being to raise an SR with Oracle Support, maybe we can provide this information on-demand, (at least some bulk data extracted from the back-end).
I think it's better than nothing until the enhancement will get implemented.
Be sure to raise the SR with "Technology Management - Reports & Analytics" -> "Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence".
