is it possible to copy all users' reports from their own folders to the Share folder?

Hi,
Who can advise: is it possible to copy all users' reports from their own folders to the Share folder?
For example, I have created a report and saved it in My folder.
How admins can copy my report and put it in the common folder?

Your admin user needs to use admin view when navigating within the catalog.
Admin view will expose those My Folders ie user folders to admin and then he can copy them ot archive them or use any available means to move bi objects from user folder to shared folder/custom.

Please refer below , once user has BI admin role they should as below Admin view.
