Use Case and Business Need

Hi All,

Generally, agents provide us with customize option if the analysis uses any parameter with "is prompted" option. When we are working with dashboard and  dealing with multiple anaylsis; it is advised that to implement the group of "is prompted" parameters as a saved filter like dashboard listener. This then can be easily referenced across multiple analyses of the single dashboard.

But we have observed that when we try to schedule such a dashboard/page the agent doesn't come up with the customize option. To verify the issue we then created separate analyses and replaced the saved filter with actual "is prompted" parameters and it worked.

We raised an SR for this and got it confirmed that agents at present ignores saved filter.

This feature of saved filter is really needed when working with dashboard prompts from dev perspective.

Hence, we are making an enhancement request so that agent will be able to detect prompt listener (saved filter).
