Include History functionality in OBI similar to what exists in BO

Use Case and Business Need

In BO, when a report is scheduled, the scheduled instance is maintained and may be viewed by going to the History link and clicking the instance that was scheduled. This would be helpful to have in OBI as well so reports won't have to be configured as "point in time" reports.
