Download BI Desktop Tools Drop down/Link is not working in OBIEE-Taleo (refer the attachment). Either it should start working or else it should be hidden/removed from "Get Started " in OBIEE-Taleo.

Agree - this is extremely bad.
I have tested this on two separate client production zones with the same issue. I have since raised an SR for this (SR 3-15784323981). Notice the Java Script notice on the bottom left - the link is dead. In my opinion (as @Rohith suggests), the link should be fixed or removed. Fixing it could be as simple as re-routing the link to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/downloads/index.html
Please feel free to reference my SR if you do create one as well.
