Exporting List of Agents/Schedulers details thru OBI Reporting

Use Case and Business Need

Hi,

I would like to propose an Idea to Export the list of Agents/Schedulers and their run status along with additional information by using OBI Reporting Tool In Taleo.

As of now in Taleo OBI Reporting, there is no field available to export this information. Really adding this feature in OBI Reporting, it will be very useful to fetch the Agents details which we have created for different Reports. Thanks.

I have been able to get a report of agent activity including name, last run time stamp, last run status, and when it fails the error message by submitting a service request to Oracle support. They are pretty responsive and I find the report useful. Still I agree that I would appreciate a report that I can pull myself with the additional information of what report the Agent is for!

I am not so sure if sending a request to Oracle Support is the permanent solution.

I also like to propose for the ability to Export the list of BI Answers Agents and BI Publisher Schedulers their run status along with additional information by using OBI Reporting Tool. Thank you.

Agreed, it is not the best or even scalable solution, but something that can be done in the meantime.
