Filters should display all values held in a selection list, not just those that have used.
Use Case and Business Need
We have redesigned the whole onboarding process and created new selection lists etc. However, I cannot create a filter that will act as a trigger for the business when a certain value is selected until it has been selected in TEE. At the moment I have to create the filter as a prompt and ask the business to run the dashboard on a regular basis to monitor when the particular value becomes available.
This is time consuming and could result in an important part of the process being missed. Can all values be displayed whether they have been selected or not. We currently have this facility in our OBIE reports that are linked to our EBS.
