Use Case and Business Need
It would be wonderful if we could create distribution lists and associate the list to an agent rather than having to manually add email addresses each time an agent is created.

If you're able to build an analysis holding all the recipient's e-mailadresses, you can add this analysis as a condition to your agent. On the recipients tab, you need to check "Get Recipients from the Analysis Used in the Agent Condition". You can then maintain your distribution list for all relating agents by updating only one analysis.
