Under the Ideas heading, select your application pillar (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM). Then select the Submit Your Idea button.
It is an idea for the application 'user experience'. But recognizing that the main idea is OBIIE and only this tool is for storing large volumes of data on the great way to create reports.
