BI does not correctly reflect the language settings of Fusion Application

When we perform Language preference changes from Settings and Actions--> Set Preferences is not reflecting Analytics page.We need to perform the below steps to reflect in Analytics page. ER is created to avoid the below steps.

click on 'Browse Catalog' and it brings you into <POD>/analytics
You will need to click on your name in the upper right which will bring up My Account.
Change the Locale (location) in the Preferences tab.
You will need to log out and back in for the changes to effect in <POD>/analytics

Use Case and Business Need

We need to avoid the below steps which is to be used to change language settings for Analytics page. Analytics page changes should reflect once we do changes from Settings and Actions.
