Dashboard Prompt - How to force the user to select a minimum filter

Description

We have a requirement to make minimum one parameter should be select out of number of prompt available to selct and two are optional but no such option available to do so in Dashboard prompt properties?

Actual Current available functionality :

Check required User Input: This option makes the particular fields select as mandatory for all

Expected Requirement:

User can select anyone parameter from the available list of Dashboard PROMPT before running a report

Use Case and Business Need

Question: Explain what are the steps to reproduce the issue.
Answer: create dashboard prompt -> check properties -> no option to make any one parameter mandatory

Question: What are the expected results.
Answer: Any one parameter can be select out of no of mandatory parameter available

Question: Explain what you are trying to achieve?
Answer: We don't want to make all parameter mandatory, but user must select minimum one prompt value to run the dashboard report out of four mandatory parameters

1. When we checked the require input, then it is mandatory to user to select the value

2. Property must contain user can select any one option

Try Choice List Values under Options and the checkbox for Require user input.

This only allows you to make that prompt required or not. There is no enabled functionality to make, out of say 3 prompts, to make the user to use at least one of these to run, but not require a selection for all of the 3 prompts. In fusion, this functionality is conveyed using a double asterisk (**), as opposed to a single (*).

Programmatically there is no way that you can allow only one of the prompts to have values out of the 3. You could alert the customers with a text just below the prompt like below

I would think that this is something that can be easily implemented, as in fusion apps, this functionality works (ex: filters designated ** force one or more of these to be used. Why is this function not available in OTBI analysis/DB prompt creation?
