Unable to hide Seeded folder under Shared folder

Description

We need to avoid users to see those BI folders for modules that we don't use,
like Financials, manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement, etc. This will avoid them struggling to find those reports that they really want to use.

Use Case and Business Need

Allow factory delivered folders within "Shared Folders" (seeded folders) to be hidden or to be restricted via permissions.

This an important feature that needs to come back. There are a number of report folders and reports that most users don't need to access and these need to be hidden to avoid confusion and user satisfaction/buy-in.
