UCM Server needs files older than 30 days to be automatically deleted

Organization Name
AT&T
Description
Use Case and Business Need
Out content server in cloud is running out of space and if that happens we will not be able to load any more files. We are manually deleting old files from content server to prevent the issue. This interim workaround is manual and we like to have automate this process so system
can clean up files older than 30 days.

Swaroop, you can also use automated scripts to delete the files from UCM. This should be best practice instead of automated deletion, this way you know the file has been used already.
you can use following to automate delete of file
- Java scripts - https://blogs.oracle.com/fusionhcmcoe/oracle-hcm-cloud-introduction-to-ucm-webcenter-content-server
- SOAP - /idcws/GenericSoapPort?wsdl
