Notification when an Agent fail

Description
Notification to an email or distribution list when an agent fail
Use Case and Business Need
This is for Taloe Cloud BI environment
We have a daily Schedule agent to inform all people when something change in an offer. This will inform everyone when they need to validate and make change in all other systems.
An agent failed and we didn't have any information that it failed. We can only review each agent one by one to see the status. This can be a huge lost of time when we have lots of Agents.
I saw in another Idea created in 2016, that a report would be very good to review the status of the running agent.
My idea for this problem is to have an Notification that will be sent by Oracle (or client if possible) to inform someone on the Client side that an Agent has failed.
Thanks

This is an essential component when the client has created many agents. It has my vote.

We are unable to determine if the agents fail and they continue to fail and not deliver to the recipients. Having a way to be notified will help us fix the issue immediately and have less impact on the busniess.

We would also appreciate a way to check on the status of agents. Currently there is no way to know if they failed unless the person who did not receive the report alerts us.

We need this for HCM Cloud also. Proactive notifications of failed scheduled processes (Agents) is required functionality to successfully manage information going out to our business peers to be able to reduce the negative impact of missing information to the business. Looking through the UI at all Agents searching for "Agent Failed" is not efficient or effective.
