Currently XLIFF files are available to translate column headings in BIP report. Similar feature is expected.

The BIP Reports when accessed from Catalog, the translations done from XLIFF files are not visible.

We cannot also suggest the users to login into /xmlpserver.

Export catalog is provided as an option but doesn't have all the features like get the parameter/prompt/lable names changes for the BIP reports directly executed from /catalog.

Also, no sufficient documentation is provided for this feature to wrok/limitations/scenarios.
