Use Case and Business Need

We want to send automatically a reminder to the HR who still need to approve a transaction in MyHR. We need to have the email of the next approver in our OTBI report but it is not possible.

Creating a useful transaction report that can be delivered directly to HR for follow-up on pending actions is difficult. This solution would help.
