We need the functionality to mail multiple pdf in single mail as attachments.
Use Case and Business Need
Business Justification-
The business justification for needing the invoices to have multiple invoice pdf attachments in one email vs. one singular pdf that has invoices merged is as follows:
• There are cases where the receiver needs to distribute those pdfs to separate individuals internally within their organization for approval and/or payment processing
• There are cases where the receiver needs to upload individual pdfs into a portal/platform to ingest the document for approval and/or payment processing
• There are cases where the receiver needs to save/archive invoices individually as opposed to in a merged format
• Without the ability to have multiple invoice pdf attachments invoices could become rejected, discarded, and/or non-paid due to the above reasons or others not realized.
