OTBI Subject Areas related to Workforce contain few attributes describing Matrix Manager - Type, Level, Name and Person Number. These columns can be found in Matrix Manager dimension.

Is it possible to have an Email address and username of a Top Manager added to the Matrix Manager dimension?

Use Case and Business Need

Matrix Managers are recipients of multiple reports on Worker's activity regarding Performance, Development and Talent, especially, when reports serve as notifications on actions taken by Worker. The most efficient way to automate delivery of personalized OTBI Analyses is to use "Get Recipients from the Analysis Used in the Agent Condition" combined with "Only Return Rows Relevant to the User Running the Agent" feature of delivery Agents. Since Matrix Manager email address or username are not available in OTBI, it's not possible.

Another example is when a user is looking for information on Worker's Matrix Manager and contact details of Matrix Manager. User is forced to use two different reports instead of having this information provided in one analysis.

Having Matrix Manager email address and username directly in the reports would significantly improve communication flow and enable automation of the reports distribution.
