We are unable to find metric B84576 (OTBI) on the "Metrics for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications" document. This document lists following for example:

B69711 Financials Cloud Service - Hosted Named Users: The count of active users for the "Fusion Financials Cloud Service - Hosted Service Usage Report (EM.pdf) Metrics for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications User" is based on the number of active users with at least one of the following privileges. If a user is assigned more than one of the following privileges, that user is counted only once toward the service.
• Manage Bank Statement and Reconciliation Activities
(CE_MANAGE_BANK_STATEMENT_AND_RECONCILIATION_ACTIVITIES_
• Manage Fixed Asset

Where can we find similar information for "Oracle Fusion Transactional Business Intelligence Cloud Service- Hosted Named Users" (B84576) ? It also does not show up on the "Service Usage Metrics Report" in Production that we access from within My Services.

Use Case and Business Need

We have users who will use B84576 (OTBI) only and will not use B69711. Meaning, they will be read only OTBI users who do not have access to the user interface for Financials but can access reporting only through OTBI. We are currently building OTBI only roles for these users who will be utilizing B84576 (OTBI) subscription and not B69711. We cannot track these users as they do not show up on the "Service Usage Metrics Report" which provides Hosted Named Users Subscription Metric by Service, "Financials Cloud Service" being one of the service. We are expecting to see "Oracle Fusion Transactional Business Intelligence Cloud Service" as one of the services mentioned there with number of users using this service populated. But this metric is missing.

This metric is required so we can track usage for OTBI only (B84576) subscriptions. Currently, the OTBI only roles that we have built and assigned to users in the Test environment is not reflected on the Service Usage Metrics query that we run to track usage. Queries are attached. Currently, there is no way we can track service usage for these users
