Remove the extra CR/LF line from the last record of the file produced by eText template report in Oracle Fusion R13.
Use Case and Business Need
This etext templete mainly is used to generate .txt files to be uploaded to third party sites such as banks. So we should be able to generate the file format that they have given us, without adding any extra newline blank lines at the end of the file.
More details
The current product generates unnecessary lines at the end of the eText template output (.txt) file which error outs the thrird party processes which uses the files we upload.
