OTBI Report is running long time and fetching records are limited...

- If we increase query execution time to OTBI Report it may help full to fetch the data and in case of huge data needs to be use set limit option to fetch records i.e., complete data.

Example: Assume, Actual records will be 1 lakh records, but OTBI Report having limitation to display only 25000 records in excel sheet.

If we have set limit option like first run to fetch 1 to 25000+ records, in second run it will fetch 250001 to 50000 etc.., or needs to be increase the limit of the record size in excel sheet. so that no need to create BIP Reports separately etc.., to fetch the complete transactional data for the particular parameters. 

Use Case and Business Need

Business wants to run with limit of parameters, in that case OTBI Report is taking more time and leading to error out with query governance.

More details

One of the OTBI Report which have used with AP Invoice transactions real time subject area, user is running for period wise but it is taking more time and getting error out with time out - query governance.

if we run with more parameters, data is fetching only limited of records.
