As an administrator i want to fetch details of all agents scheduled

Use Case and Business Need

Hello,

As when i login as OBI administrator in Taleo-Recruit and search for all agents currently scheduled i get only agents with my folder, My Shared folder but not all agents of other users in their local folders.

Scheduling an agent can be revoked with privilege modification but stopping/cancelling all current agents as an admin should be allowed.
