Ability to report on "Core" Audit Policies" through OTBI

    @Paul Johl-Oracle - we still need to have the ability to query on the current settings in order to baseline the controls. The tables need to be exposed via OTBI for reporting still which is why I am trying to target the OTBI team for an update.

    This should not be marked as Delivered. An alternative to this is delivered, but this is still needed. Oracle needs to re-open this. There is a valid purpose for this independent of the logging provided in 21D. Please do not negate the effort of the nearly 130 people that asked for this functionality.

    Respectfully please re-open and assign to the OTBI team.

    Reopened. There were many things asked which were delivered. Since the title of this is about OTBI that is the sole issue this is now tracking.

    @Sampath Kota-Oracle - I think this needs to be moved to the OTBI Idea Lab. It looks to me like this isn't being addressed by anyone at Oracle. Is this your team's responsibility?

    @Brendan Doyle - Oracle Analytics Cloud -Oracle - or is this maybe your team?

    Can either one of you please respond? This Idea has been "Under Oracle Review" for quite some time. What product team owns this? This has 128 votes so it has substantial support. Are there any questions still pending related to whether this is still needed? It is definitely needed still for security and compliance needs.

    All added this new Idea to compliment this one... This one is focused on Core Audit Policies. It may be that the effort for these two Ideas could be accomplished at the same time by the OTBI team, but I suspect they are separate efforts after a back and forth with @Paul Johl-Oracle about what teams support Core audit policies vs functional Audit Policies. If you support this one, please support the new one I just logged below.

    Need access to table(s) that would identify all Audit Policies that are available to be deployed

    This would allow us to provide our audit teams with documentation around timing of changes to these policies.

    @Venkata Rajesh A - Oracle implemented auditing over changes to audit policies in 21D which should help. This Idea focuses on the ability to report on that data as of a point in time through OTBI which is still a need.     This is an absolute MUST - we are loosing time right now with this manual export in Audit Reports and time to show compelteness to auditors
