Description (Required):We have web services using which we can schedule BIP reports to run and render in UCM server.

Similarly we need to be able to use SOAP web services to automatically invoke the schedule extract process in BICC.We should be able to create an offering and enable it for extract and schedule it and also be able ro direct the output result file into UCM in a custom folder
