A way to manage BI global variables

Description
Would need a way in Engagement Cloud BI page to manage and edit global variables. Currently there is no easy way to edit a global variable than to
- edit a report
- edit one of column formula
- Insert variable, choose global
- Edit the global variable
It would be beneficial to have a central repository for admins to manage any custom variables created.
Use Case and Business Need
We are using global variable in a number of report filters. There needs to be an easy way for admins to update them

Mistakes in reports would be much easier to avoid. This would prevent invalid intelligence from reaching management because it would prevent the mistakes the current process seems to cause.
