Description

Currently it is not possible to report on custom fields created in ORC from the recruiting subject areas.  All of our reports and dashboards that have been built use the recruiting subject areas that are missing key data points because of this issue.   We are requesting to have custom fields be made available in the Recruiting subject areas like the Work Details folder found in the Workforce management subject areas.

This is a really important enhancement. Custom fields should always be reportable.

Normally when we create a custom field is because it is something that we need to use and report on. We need to be able to see it in the subject areas.

Just to clarify, recruiting subject areas are supporting many custom fields:

    • Requisition and template DFF
    • Job offer DFF
    • Assignment DFF in job offer object

What is missing are the job application and candidate EFF, planned, but with a component difficulty due to its nature.
