Need to confirm CNS migration from OPC to OCI to resolve BI Publisher email bursting issue

In a prior SR we were told that our intermittent BI Publisher email bursting issue was due to Cloud Notification Service (CNS) being on OPC and our PODs on OCI. We were given the response below in the SR.

Could Oracle please confirm if the OPC-to-OCI migration of CNS has completed for all data centers?

===== ORACLE SR RESPONSE - Jan 27 2023 =====

This issue happened because the POD is on OCI and CNS (Cloud notification service) is on OPC.

The permanent fix is to migrate CNS from OPC to OCI and the migration is planned for all data centers and is on-going.

This issue is tracked through multiple bugs.

Workaround is to submit the BI job again, which we understand is a manual task.

This is a ongoing process for all data centers and its expected to be completed by May 2023.
